By accessing or using the Site its affiliated newsletters, podcasts, research or articles (regardless of the platform of access), you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site, or its affiliated newsletters, podcasts, research or articles.

All intellectual property rights in the Site and its affiliated newsletters, podcasts, research or articles from wherever they are hosted or viewed, Information Products and its content (text, graphics, logos, the LO:TECH name and branding, software and design) belong to us or our licensors, including under all intragroup technology licensing arrangements referred to in our Regulatory & Legal Notices. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference only. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, and you must not use any automated system (including scraping, crawling or bots) to extract data from the Site.

The Site may link to third-party websites (including our podcast and social media channels). We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site.
15. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or error-free.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no LO:TECH Group entity shall be liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with:

– reliance on Site, affiliated newsletters, podcasts, research or articles (from wherever they are hosted or viewed) or Information Product content;
– reliance on market data, research, analytics, valuation models, fair value calculations or other Information Products;

– delays, outages, interruptions or defects affecting the Site;
– cybersecurity incidents, denial of service events, unauthorised access, software defects or technological failures;
– actions or omissions of exchanges, custodians, blockchain networks, validators, liquidity providers or other third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
– loss of profits;
– loss of revenue;
– loss of business opportunity;
– loss of anticipated savings;
– loss of goodwill;
– loss of data; or
– indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability which cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England, and the courts of England and have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that we may bring proceedings for breach of these Terms in any competent jurisdiction.
