Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using the https://lo.tech/ (“the Site”) in addition to our Website Terms & Conditions. It applies to anyone who accesses or uses the Site. This Site is operated by Low Observable Technology Ltd which operates within the Low Observable Group (“LO:TECH,” “LO:TECH Group”, “we,” “us,” “our”). LO:TECH is a company incorporated in England and Wales under Company Number 14653189 with a registered address as 101 New Cavendish Street, 1st Floor South, London, United Kingdom, W1W 6XH.
2. Prohibited uses
You must not use the Site:
– in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
– in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
– to send, upload or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material;
– to knowingly transmit any data, or send or upload any material containing viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code;
– to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity, including by impersonating LO:TECH or any Low Observable Group entity or employee;
– to scrape, crawl, spider, or use any automated means to extract data, content or market commentary from the Site without our prior written consent;
– to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it; or
– to attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
You also agree:
– Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our site in contravention of the provisions of our website terms and conditions;
– Not to access our Site without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:
– any part of our site:
– any equipment or network on which our site is stored;
– any software used in the provision of our site; or
– any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.
3. Breach of this policy
Breach of this policy may constitute a criminal offence. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and co-operate with them, including by disclosing your identity where we are legally permitted to do so or so far as we see reasonable. Your right to use the Site will cease immediately in the event of such a breach.
4. Action we may take
When we consider that a breach of this AUP has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
Failure to comply with this AUP constitutes a material breach of the terms of our Site Terms & Conditions upon which you are permitted to use our Site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
– Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Site.
– Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contribution uploaded by you to our Site.
– Issue of a warning to you.
– Issue legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
– Further legal action against you.
– Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.
We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of this AUP. The actions we may take are not limited to those described above, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
5. Linking to our Site
You may link to our homepage, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage or take advantage of our reputation. You must not establish a link in a way that suggests any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists, or frame our Site on any other site. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
6. Suspension and termination
We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site immediately for any breach of this AUP.
7. Transfer of rights
We may transfer our rights and obligations under this AUP to another organisation, including in connection with any sale, restructuring, merger or transfer of all or part of our business. This will not affect your rights under this AUP.
You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise deal with any of your rights or obligations under this AUP without our prior written consent.
8. Changes to this policy
We may revise this AUP at any time. This AUP was last updated in September 2026.
