What you get.
01
Institutional grade technology
The same low latency systems we run in production, quoting your book across centralised and onchain venues.
02
KPIs you set
Maximum bid-offer spread, total liquidity at defined depths, and uptime against both.
03
Strategies built around your token
We work with your team to tailor liquidity provision to your token and the conditions it trades in.
How we work with you.
We take on a small number of projects. You deal directly with the people running your book.
Listing day.
Exchanges ask who your market maker is, because an empty order book reflects on them. We have established relationships with the major venues, including Binance, OKX, Bybit and Gate.io, and we help you manage them.
We help before the listing too: launch pricing, infrastructure, and getting live cleanly across APIs and venues.
“LO:TECH was instrumental in our first CEX listing, helping us navigate terms, align on liquidity strategies, and optimize our approach every step of the way. In an industry full of untrustworthy players, LO:TECH are the rare partners you can actually count on.”

Pool management.
Concentrated liquidity pools only earn fees while your assets sit in the active range. Outside it they earn nothing. Keeping them in range as the price moves is manual, constant and easy to get wrong.
We manage pools on Uniswap v3 and v4, including the custom hooks v4 introduced. When v4 launched we migrated client pools onto it.
It runs on the same desk and the same risk management as the order book side, rather than as a separate service bolted on.
What you can see.
Live order books, spreads, depth, KPIs and performance data across all venues. Adjust key parameters and generate reports whenever you want them.
As you grow.
We run market data, agency execution and OTC on the same infrastructure. You are not onboarding a new counterparty each time you need something else.
Questions founders ask.
01
Can you increase our trading volume?
No. What we can do is improve the liquidity environment so real volume is more likely. If a firm guarantees you volume, ask how they intend to produce it.
02
Can you support the price?
No. Market makers do not set the price of a token, and firms offering price appreciation or price management are describing something else. Walk away from it.
03
How many venues do you cover?
More than thirty, centralised and onchain.
04
Do you need a token loan?
Yes, in almost all centralised arrangements. To post sell-side liquidity we need the tokens to sell. That is an operational requirement rather than payment for the service.
05
What can we see day to day?
Live order books, spreads, depth and KPI performance across every venue, in your dashboard. Reports on demand rather than a weekly summary.
06
How do deals get structured?
Retainer or option and loan, depending on what the project needs. Laurence will take you through both.
